How It Works

If you find a lower price on the same product from a competitor dealer, simply follow these steps to request a price match:

  1. Ensure that the product you want to purchase from us and the competitor's product are identical in terms of brand, model, and specifications.

  2. Contact our customer support team via email  at admin@lifttechsupply.com and provide the following details:

    • Your contact information
    • The competitor's name and website
    • The specific product and price you found

  3. Our team will review your request and verify the details provided. We may require additional information or documentation to process the price match.

  4. Once we confirm the lower price and that it meets our Price Match Guarantee criteria, we will adjust the price for you to match or beat the competitor's offer.

Please note that our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The competitor's product must be brand new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase.

  • The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.

  • We do not price match on clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales.

  • The price match is applicable to the product price only and does not include shipping, taxes, or any other additional charges.

  • Our Price Match Guarantee applies to online competitors based in Canada only

  • We reserve the right to reject price match requests that do not meet the above criteria or if we determine that the competitor's offer is not genuine or a misrepresentation.
